About the event
The Southeast Fracture Symposium is an annual CME-accredited conference is designed to provide a comprehensive update on best practice and techniques for orthopaedic fracture care, treatment, and management. Â Leaders in orthopaedic trauma will share their expertise and challenging cases as individual speakers and in panel debate. Â Small group settings will allow for direct interaction with the speakers, and ample time will be provided for questions and answers at each session.The research consortium group is well recognized for its research endeavors through national conference presentations and publications.
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the
Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the American
Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and The Southeastern Fracture Consortium. The American Academy of Orthopaedic
Surgeons is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons designates the 2023 Southeastern Fracture Symposium, February 2 –
4th in Charlotte, NC for a maximum of 15.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits. Physicians should claim only the credit
commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Current guidelines state that the participants in CME activities should be made aware of any affiliation or financial interests that may affect the speaker's presentation and/or the discussion of off-label therapies. Each speaker has been requested to complete a faculty disclosure statement. The names of speakers declaring potential conflict of interests or those who will be discussing any off-label, experimental or investigational use of drugs or devices in their presentations will be printed in the course syllabus.
